We believe that web3 and "crypto" can meaningfully improve the legacy financial system and provide a more secure, transparent and fair system for all.

We believe that in order for web3 to be an improvement over web2, we must intentionally focus on decentralization, security, reliability and privacy.

We believe that while Bitcoin's proof of work consensus has its place, proof of stake consensus algorithms are much more energy efficient.  We believe that the inherent plutocratic aspects of proof of stake can be managed through intentional decentralization.

We believe that we are well positioned to contribute to this transformation, building upon our years of experience building, running and attacking web scale platforms and applications.
